Kevin I think what I'll do is grab those tires from you sometime and have one mounted on the spare. Im probably going to order a lift here in bit. After that, I'll mount one tire and try to stuff it to see if they will fit or not.

That would be great, we would love to have you along. But, we do realize that family comes first.

Re: Classics go to Moab III
If Ty is coming with us, we ARE ABSOLUTELY running Cliffhanger. It's a perfect evening run because it's not too far away and most of the "cool" obstacles on the trail are within the first mile or so. We could run the whole trail to the end and look over the cliff, but I don't think it's worth it. I've run the trail twice and have never gone past the first part of the trail - and have still loved it.

No I should be okay. What it is, is the rear is pushing the front only in 4x4 on pavement. My dad seems to think there should be enough slip on the rock that I should be fine. It is a project that I think I can hold off on for a while. Maybe long enough for Kevin to save enough to buy it from me.

You bet, Mike. I hope they fit.
Ty, I ran a couple trails with a front 4.10 and rear 4.30 in my last truck, that didn't bust anything.
Re: Classics go to Moab III
Kevin, I'm sure it will be no big deal. I shouldn't ever need 4x4 on dry pavement anyway right?!!!
Andrew, I the trail name says "CLIFF" in it then I want nothing to do with it!! My walnuts turn into sunflower seeds when I see the word CLIFF!!!!

Ty, I think you poop too much. We need to get you over this pooping thing.
Re: Classics go to Moab III
I hate cliff's too. That's probably why when we drive along one on Sevenmile rim, I'll announce it over the CB and stay safely seat-belted in my rig.
There's only 1 trail I've ever almost pooped my pants on...that was Moab rim...I still pucker just thinking about it. :affraid: :affraid:
You'll like Cliffhanger. The hard obstacles are nowhere near cliffs - only if we run the trail all the way to the end, would we see a cliff. No more arguments - I'm taking you guys on that trail - the scenery at the top is AWESOME, overlooking the Green river, I believe it is...you can see for MILES.

My dad said they ran Kane Creek last fall with a few stockish TJ. The white one I ran rattlesnake and constrictor in did good. I can imagine it would be to hard. If I end up going that one is definitely on my wish list!

Yup, we'll do Kane Creek. What we should do, is run Cliffhanger first thing in the morning and then head over and run Kane Creek to finish off the day. It ends South of Moab a few miles so if we ran Kane Creek in the morning, we'd have to find another trail down that way for an afternoon run. Flat Iron Mesa is down there, if everyone wants something that difficult...

My only problem with running something difficult is I may have to drive home!

If you believe TrailDamage, Flat Iron Mesa is easier than Cliff Hanger.
I don't know how we're going to get Ty to break his truck again if we stay on the bunny slopes all weekend. I'm going to consider it a wasted trip if the Farm Toy comes back intact.
