Re: 1st Quarter club run, the Swell.
Is it just the four of us from the club, then? I posted to a couple other forums, OB1 from RME and lilmule on ExpUt might join us. I don't know how many of you know Eric (frieed on RME), he just texted me that he's coming too.
I have a sneaking suspicion that Fords are going to outnumber Toyotas on this trip, and I don't know whether to be happy or sad about that.

Some guys from King Crawlers in Price will be at the project as well. I don't know if they're camping with us or what tho.
Re: 1st Quarter club run, the Swell.
I saw that you posted up on RME, Kevin. Is Eric going to camp with us? I'm still up in the air about which vehicle I'm bringing or if I'm riding with Brad. Finding a spare is a hangup for Het Beest at the moment.

I'm camping.
And I'm driving a f-150 crewcab with no skid plates.

Hit a used tire place.

I know I've read it somewhere but what size are you looking for? I'll hit up my Big-o buddy

Looking for a 35x12.5r15. Posted up on RME and one guy said he had one, but he's taking his time getting to it. I'll call around tomorrow. TRD, if your buddy happens to have one that'd be sweet. Doesn't need to be in great shape, just enough tread to be a serviceable spare.

No, you're looking for a 35 by anything r15. It's a spare, it doesn't need to match the width of the others, and a 10.5 or 11.5 will take up less room in the bed and be easier to manhandle.
Now that I think about it, you've got elockers front and rear, right? It doesn't have to be a 35 at all. Stop by my place on your way out and borrow my 255/85r16 spare, it's not doing anything right now. Or just plan on using the 32x11.5r15 spare that's on my trailer if you need it, it's a six lug.

You're right, the width of the tire doesn't matter. Any 35" r15 tire will work. As far as using your 33" or 32" spare those would have to go on the front. Only my front locker is selectable.

Here are a couple ideas for you for a spare tire.

I like the garden hose idea. That's a cool idea for low profile rollers to get in and out of the garage.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Do you guys know if we're allowed camp fires this weekend?

Kevin, can you toss that 33" spare of yours in your truck/trailer for the weekend?

If I meat Kevin in Spanish Fork to get my lights, I could bring my spare and you could borrow it. Its a 315/75r16

Thanks Ty. I'm not sure what I'll do yet, but that is another option.

I'd rather not, that's a lot of dead space. You're not going to have room in Beest?
Re: 1st Quarter club run, the Swell.
Guess my post didn't save for some reason. My buddy has a Mickey Thompson TTC 35x13.50r15
$20 if you want it
He says its bald but will work as a spare, he's going to send me a pic tonight and can bring it in tomorrow morning. I live just down the street so I can pick it up if you want

Kevin, I should have room just too lazy to drive out to your place and get it.
TRD, once your buddy sends you the pic of the spare can you throw it up on here? Good chance I'll take it, just want a quick look at it before I commit. If it's easier I can PM you my cell and you can send it to me.

It's a twenty minute detour from I15, you big baby! I think we're bringing Nicole's truck instead of mine, so space will be an issue. I can schlep it along if I have to though.
Brad, I've never been to the Wedge overlook campground, will it be pretty easy to find you guys? Is this it right here, or are you planning on being somewhere else?
