Looks like there are 2 projects planned for NPLD this year.  Personally, I am inclined to go up AF Canyon so I can camp and then participate the next day...especially if it's still hot and dusty @ 5 MP.  

Here are the two:

NPLD - AFC - Forest City Cemetery Project (Expedition Utah)

NPLD @ 5 Mile Pass (RME)

I skipped out on the RME cleanup last year to go up AFC, I think I'm gonna get hot and dusty this year Sad.

I'd be down to head up the canyon after though!

So there's three local service projects now that I know of - ExpUt and Lone Peak Four Wheelers are going to stain the fence that we built last year up American Fork Canyon with the Forest Service, and RME4x4.com is sponsoring two cleanup parties with the BLM, one at Five Mile Pass and another at Little Moab.

I think it'd be great if we could get representation at each of these.  I definitely like the idea of gathering afterwards in AFC though!

I can rep at little Moab. It's close to home and my boys love it out there. Not sure if I will make it to AF Canyon after but we will see.

So who's going to be where this weekend?  I'll buy a club sticker for anybody that hits a service project this weekend.

I'll be camping at Little Moab on Friday night.

A Club sticker huh? Dang it I wish I could make it! To bad my wife informed me the other day that I'm installing her dad's sprinklers Saturday morning.

I will do my best to be there but it's not looking good.

What time is the cleanup starting out at little Moab? I work Friday night so I can't camp unfortunately but I may be able to convince my wife that I should be at the cleanup.

Brad, we'll probably be getting busy around 9 or 10, depending on the weather and how late we stay up and when everybody else shows up.
