So I just got back from lunch and looked out my office window at my 4runner. There was a FedEx guy standing there looking at it and writing something down. I thought maybe he hit me or something and was leaving insurance information. When he left he placed a note on my window. I ran out to see what the damage was.

This is what he attached.

This pretty much made my day.

It kind of felt like getting a girl's phone number like back in high school

That's pretty awesome!! Never had anything like that happen to me, but my wife gets hit on constantly when she's driving the rig.

I got an offer to buy the '86 once. He offered 3000 about 6 months after I paid 1800, I should have taken it.

I guess I could always hear his offer I've got nothing to lose, even though I not really thinking of selling. But in today's volatile economy, you should sell when the stock is high, cause you don't know when its going to be high again. Never really thought of the 4runner as an investment or asset to flip.
Its kind of funny cause Monday I took my wheels off and plasti-dipped them. I guess it could the best 18 bucks I have ever spend Smile

That look good! plasti-dip had definitely impressed me. My brother in law wanted to dip his Sequoia so it had the blacked out look. He sprayed his bumpers, fenders and wheels. I laughed and told him it wouldn't last and was a waste of time. I was proven wrong, some parts have chipped off but in all honesty it's holding up pretty good.
