Hello everyone, my name is Phillip, my wife is Traci, we have 4 boys, 2 older with kids and 2 still at home ages 14 & 11, we live in south-central Utah in Richfield, I'm an avid off-roader and just recently sold my Tundra and Cherokee and purchased a 2015 4Runner TE. Originally from Northern Ca, we have been in Utah for 10yrs and have been visiting here since 1999. I love the outdoors and exploring, though not a fan of winter, I do enjoy the other seasons here in Utah. It's nice to find a local 4Runner club, I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Post by DNO Tue Sep 22, 2015 7:22 pm

Hey guys, I finally got a few minutes to introduce myself. I'm Dean, aka DNO. I remember the first time I saw a brand new 85 4runner. From that point on I wanted one! I bought my 86 4runner in February of 1990, in Fort Walton Beach, Fl. I live in Clearfield with my wife and two beautiful German shepherd dogs. I'm in the process of having a new 22rte built by Tim at DOAracingengines.com. Rick Squires at Squiresperformance.com is going to be tuning the megasquirt.

Hey guys, my name is Tyler. I am a good friend of Miles (milo942). I wasn't into wheeling till i met Miles and he talked me into getting the T4R. I went to Murdock Basin with some of the crew so I met some of you in person.  I hope to meet the rest of you out there on the trails sometime. I will try to post my rig on the other thread.

Introductions - Page 9 Empty new couple

Post by fixitmr Tue Nov 17, 2015 10:45 am

Lurking around for a bit. Time to come out of the shadows.
My name is Reid and my better half is Cherie. We live in South Utah county. Married a little over a year. Ten kids between us, all grown and out for quite awhile.

The Mrs's daily driver is the 4runner.
1985 red and black (kinda seriously faded) top.

I'm the 3rd owner. My older brother bought it brand new in California. He put on brush guard with tow bar attachment, and rear driveshaft disconnect for towing, and a SmittyBilt rear bumper with 2"receiver. That's it for mods.

When my brother was done with it my dad bought it. Was stolen twice from him, got back twice in varying states of repair. Put back together.
I got it when my dad passed, let my daughter drive it till something broke and it sat in my driveway for ten years, never moved.
The wife's car died so rather than get another car why not get the 4Runner going.
So we did.

I saw that there is trip planned for this weekend and thought we might just show up at the Conoco station and ask to tag along. Then I see the group is getting smaller and I may not be able to notice only 2 or 3 trucks and miss it. Thus the intro. When a meet time set we'll be there.

I'm looking forward to this little weekend, The wife not so sure. Cold and all.

Reid & Cherie
