Introductions
I was thinking today about this forum and how to make it more personable. For the most part Kevin, Brady, and I know each other on a 4x4 basis. I thought it would be beneficial for an introduction thread so that we can get to know everyone personally.
We already have a thread for our rigs so let's keep this about us. For example, tell us your name, a little about your family, something you LOVE to do besides wheeling, throw a couple pictures on there if you want.

Re: Introductions
I should probably start.
My name is Tyson Hardy, my wife Brittany and I have 2 boys Aiden and Talan. We live in So. Santaquin. Besides wheeling and my family my passions are BYU football, snowmobiling, golfing, BBQing, and just being outside.

Re: Introductions
I'm Kevin. I live in Magna with my wife and 6 year old. I hike, mountainbike, fish, explore, I used to snowboard but now I'm old and I dunno if I can do that anymore without breaking myself.
I'm an Oregon fan, which is a much better than being a Utah or BYU fan. At least this year.

Re: Introductions
Andrew, here - my wife Celeste and I have 4 kids ages 7,6,3, and 2. 3 girls and 1 boy. Born and raised in Northern California, been in Utah 7 years now. I work as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Symantec in Lindon. I love to hunt when I'm not wheeling and try to play a lot of sports (basketball, golf, football, whatever) to stay "young"

Re: Introductions
I guess it's my turn. I'm Brady. Most of you have met my wife, Aubrie. We've been married a little over 2 years and those of you that ran Constrictor with me a couple weeks ago have met our daughter, Keslie. Grew up in Northern California came out to Utah for school and ended up sticking around. I'm currently employed at a small engineering company as a Mechanical Designer/drafter (if anyone needs parts drawn, modeled, or detailed I'm your guy). Spare time activities besides wheeling/working on my truck include: gym, basketball, video games, shooting, snowboarding, hanging out with my wife and kid.

Re: Introductions
Well, I finally got over to this site from T4R.ORG and I am stoked about having a 4Runner specific Utah club. Awesome job setting it up!
Anyway, my name's Jesse and I am originally from southeastern Washington (Tri-Cities). I was originally stationed at Hill AFB from 2000-2003, and after a few years overseas I left active duty and joined the Utah Air National Guard. I work full time at our small base across from SLC Intl.
My wife, Mary, and I have been together for almost 12 years and we have a 7 year-old daughter. I don't have many hobbies and I split my free time up fixing up my house and dreaming about working on the 4Runners.

Re: Introductions
Slowly. I've been working on interior stuff mostly. The front seats were broken but I recently got some replacements. I'm waiting to Monstaliner the floor and possibly the exterior. I need to do a full tune-up and fluid change for everything and also need to get my hands on 3 BFG KM2's. I hate how expensive they are. I've got 2 almost brand new 31's but the other 3 (spare) are toast. Anyone got any laying around?
I've actually got a very long list of things to check/repair before I take it anywhere. I want to make sure, as much as possible, that it's not going to break the first time out.

Try RME4x4.com for the tires, you might find some kicking around. Why 31s and not bigger?
You need to start a build thread on Old Red so we can nitpick your build decisions and tell you how wrong you are.

I'll do that. I've been hunting around KSL as well. Only reason for the 31's is that's the size currently on there. If I can find a good used set of 33's I'll go that direction.

Will do. I'll take as much criticism (constructive or otherwise) as I can get. I'm sure I'll get more wrong than right. At least initially.

These are good tires. I ran a set before I got my KM2s and was pleased with them.

Re: Introductions
What's up. I am Noe, I think I've met a few of you guys in the past one way or another. I have an '88 4Runner that seems to spend more time broken down than running. I'm not a very serious wheeler, but I like to get out and do it when there's an opportunity. Besides that I also work on compact cars, like my CRX and I enjoy shooting guns and hanging out with my daughter. I live in Magna too

Don't pull the trigger on anything yet, I might be able to make you a good deal on the spacers from my '86.

Re: Introductions
Noob here. I'm new to offroading. I'm looking for some friends to hit the trails with. I want to fit 36" super swampers on my 4runner, and I'm thinking a 3-5" body lift is the way to do it. Looks like a fun site.
