9/22-24 Anyone?

Post by dutchman on Wed Sep 13, 2017 9:25 am

Been following the RME thread for the fall colors trip (https://www.rme4x4.com/showthread.php?113416-RME-Fall-Colors-Tour-Sept-22-24th). They don't seem to have a set destination for Friday (9/22) night and so I not sure if I'll be making that trip.

Anyone can/want to get out that weekend?

I'm headed out for a "land art tour" with Brian (jeeper on RME). It's his trip, but I'll see if he's open to joiners.

Sun Tunnels, Zaqistan, the Fist, Spiral Jetty, the Tree of Life or whatever that stupid thing is, whatever else is on his list out there. Mostly just an excuse to zoom around the desert and let the kids be kids for a weekend.

You're in, if you want. Should be fun.

We're leaving the gas station in Wendover at 3pm and camping at Devil's Playground that night.

Not sure what time I'll be able to head out Friday. Hoping the class I'm teaching is finished around 13:00. I'll plan on meeting you guys up there. Any idea what HAM freq you'll be on?
