Looks like Andrew and I are both going to miss the FYTO trip, we've been attacked by real life.  I was really wanting to test out my cold weather setup, so I still want to do some snow camping.  Anybody else want to head out?

I have the weekends of January 4th and January 18th.  I'm thinking west desert, maybe the PET?  Camp at Simpsons Springs or Fish Springs and pop out in Wendover the next day?

Camping in the cold doesn't sound real entertaining to me. Plus, I don't have any cold camping gear.

Jan. 4th would work for me. Wife and kids will be out of town so it will just be me. If someone really wants to go, I have some extra cold sleeping gear (bring your own skivvies Smile ). For a nominal fee, I'll even share my Sprinbar tent with you Very Happy

If I knew how to ice fishi could do that! I've been any kind of fishing 3 times in the last 12 years and all 3 were this past summer.

I am working 2 of 3 Saturdays for the foreseeable future. I work this next weekend them off the next then work the next 2.

Well it looks like I'm going winter camping next month. I don't like it but with my new church calling I am obligated  Mad I better be finding some cold weather gear in a hurry. My +20 degree bag isn't going to cut it out there!!
