.... not a mod at all. After my long post yesterday and some awesome advice, I made my shopping list and headed out to pick up some recovery gear and trail spares. 10 minutes down the road I started smelling antifreeze and, and steam started coming out from the vents in front of the windshield, 2 minutes later my engine started to over heat. My damn heater core gave out. Long story short, I got the part, replaced it (what a pain), my engine temp is under control and I can't smell antifreeze anymore, but now i get no heat out of the heater vents.... anyone have any ideas what i may have done wrong?

Probably left some air in the system. Lifting the front end while you race the motor can help with that.
