Yay driving in the snow! Yay spotting an awesome Westy through a washout! Yay mines! Yay awesome view! Yay clean air! Yay more mines!

Water on the salt flats

Not very much snow. Did cut some fresh tracks though.


Had to scramble up a scree slope to reach this adit. Nothing inside but a coyote den.


This always makes me sad. Somebody at some point loved this truck.

Topo maps don't name the canyon we found this next bunch in. It's on Crater Island, I'm going to try and find the name of the mine.
