Snakes Clean-up June 22
So I guess Kevin doesn't think we are cool enough for this, BUT I think it would be a great way to get our name out there!! As of now I am planning on being there. Kevin is organizing so I assume he will be there!

It's not that, it's that I'm embarassed to be seen with you is all.
Nah, I was just waiting until the date was final. Thanks for doing my dirty work for me.
Re: Snakes Clean-up June 22
For now I've got the day open and would be down for cruising out there. Is there anything special equipment wise that you are still looking for Kevin?

If you've got a utility trailer that'd be great. Other than that, you'll want a pair of gloves and a lot of cold water.
Re: Snakes Clean-up June 22
I should be available for this

A trail cleanup. The Snakes trails and Five Mile Pass in general tend to get trashed by yahoos. Once or twice a year we get a giant crew out there to spend the morning picking up trash, then we spend the afternoon on the trails. Definitely come, it's a great chance to meet guys and help out!

It's on my calendar! I don't think my wife knows yet but I will be there for the clean up at least. I will probably bring my little ones. It would be good for them to learn service. Would that be appropriate?

Absolutely! I plan on bringing Boogerface, it's a great opportunity for him.

So it's Kevin, Andrew and I? Anyone else coming out? I'm heading out with the boys for the service (and because I miss Kevin), but I have a wedding to be to in the afternoon.
Kevin, any idea what time you are planning on hitting my place of employment to dump the trash?

It will just be me - Kallin is headed to my in-laws for a week. Should I bring the truck to help haul crap or the 4Runner so ya'll can send me through the nasties again?

Any time is good. What time do you have to leave?
Andrew, I think you should bring the Tundra and we'll send that THAT through the rock garden . I think there will be plenty of trailers for hauling trash, I'd just bring whatever you feel like driving.
Re: Snakes Clean-up June 22
Had a good time Saturday!! It was good to hook up with Kevin and Andrew again. Its been to long. What would you all think if we planned something like this on a much smaller scale for an annual Desert Runners project? If I could plan on at least a few guys there I would take the reigns, but if we have a turn out like we did last weekend from RME I could probably expect 2 people there from a small group like ours. If I can get commitments from at least 5 rigs I will plan something.

I don't know yet! Just thinking. Maybe somewhere on P.E.T. or something like that. I emailed BLM and asked for suggestions. Any ideas!

Re: Snakes Clean-up June 22
I would LOVE to have the club in a place where we could adopt a trail. I don't think we're near big or stable enough for that right now though...

If we got there it would be awesome to adopt a trail.
