Sway Bar Disconnects Empty Sway Bar Disconnects

Is there anyone that is running quick disconnects on their runner? I have been looking into a way to do this and pros and cons of each... Any ideas or recommendations would be helpful!

I don't have one now, but want to come up with a quick connect idea and build something at work. It gets a little sketchy going around corners with speed
