New project

Now I'm starting to feel like Kevin........ I started working on my 1979 kz 750 motorcycle last night. It has been parked since 1984. Talk about rotten gas!!!!!! Pulled the seat and tank, pulled the side covers to old batt and tail section. Pulled the air box off and pulled carbs. Did a quick. Clean on them, ( surprised they really was not to bad). Hooked up a batt. hot wired the key switch and tried to see if I had spark. After about 30 min of trying and getting pissed I found the wire to points was broke. Fixed that and cleaned points and guess what I had spark!!!!!! I then reinstalled carbs and sprayed a bunch of carb cleaner in and it fired for a few seconds. It's alive after sitting for almost 30 yrs!!!!! Custom chop here I come!!!!!

Sweet.  I can't wait to get started on my bike this winter.

Ya I cleaned out my shed to work on it.

Worked on the bike tonight. After hearing it run I decided to do the insufficient evidence for a title. I went through and stripped every thing off the frame and going to get my neighbor to verify the vin. Hope it gose good cuz then I can just modify the original frame.
