What's the problem? Did the nuts inside the frame rail spin loose, or is the whole thing rusted in place, or what?

The tow bar is pretty rusty, I tried spraying the nuts on the bottom with wd40, then broke out the cheater bar, couldn't get any of the the nuts to budge

Longer cheater bar, then? Get it on a lift and put a 4 foot bar on there and just crank. Eventually, they'll budge. Or twist off and snap. Either way. Smile

I'd be worried about torching that close to the frame. Can you be accurate enough to remove the head of the bolt without damaging the frame rail?

Oh, and try PB Blast. Hit them inside and out twice a day for a couple days with PB Blast, give it time to creep in there. I like PB much better than WD40.

Definately not accurate enough with the torch, in fact i probably shouldn't even be in the same room as one. I'll have to find a decent sized wrench and a longer cheater bar, will definately have to get some pb blast. Thanks
