Re: Cool finds thread
CAD is just Computer-Aided-Design, so I think that makes Sketchup a CAD program. I don't have a lot of experience with Sketchup, I hear it's gotten better overtime but I don't think it's as capable as some of the more dedicated CAD software. I know Inventor pretty well and have gotten more familiar with Fusion360 over the last couple of weeks. Fusion360 is a fairly cheap option ($300/year) if you ever decided to dive into 3-D modeling.
The office is off 6400 S and I'm currently the only one there (when I do go to the office). I can let you mess around with some different stuff.

Re: Cool finds thread
That's right around the corner from Ty's house. I went there once but stopped at the gate where it's posted. I guess everybody and their mother ignores those signs though so maybe we should stop in there next time we're coming back through Eureka?
Re: Cool finds thread
I actually drove up to the posted sign, got out and walked around, and was passed by 3-4 youngsters on their way PAST the 'no trespassing' sign. And I still didn't go in.

Can we convince Ty to come do things of questionable legality with us??

Multiple rear lockers, must be special edition.
Do the serious injuries come from removing the rear lockers?

Not a bad idea. I've wanted to tear down the 5vz.

Yes you could convince me!! My understanding is that it is a posted road, but nobody will question you if you hike in. I know another road that goes right above and you can hike down, but its a rough hike back up. I've never been there, but would be willing to check it out. I will look into the legality of it, but plan a day and I will do my best. Mid May-end of July will be best for me (between wrestling and football) but it literally 2 minute from my house.
