Snakes 3/16

We had six trucks total. Brady's '01, Andrew's '87, Mike's '94, Ben's '01, Nicole's '99, and my '85. No carnage to speak of, and the weather was great. I was too busy spotting to get many pics, but I saw cameras flying so hopefully somebody else got some good stuff.

It was definitely fun. I got 162 photos in total... so far narrowed it down to 60

wtf what is up with this forum? it's cutting half of my pictures off. Well, if you want to see everything I guess either right click and "view image" or go to my album. I didn't want to just link the album but whatever. Maybe I'll make a new thread on T4R just for our trip.

I don't know why it does that. If you upload the pic instead of using image code, it'll size it correctly.

Looks like an awesome run guys. Definitely need to get mine on the trail.

yeah that was my '94.
If anyone wants full res photos let me know. I see uploading took away some of the quality. Also sorry Brady (If I remember correctly!) and kevin, I didn't really get any pictures of yours... you guys were either helping us get through safely or too far away. Oh yeah and we got to talking and I forgot to get pictures of the last individual trucks. Next time.
I dunno why the pictures are all out of odd order too. Not happy with photobucket.

Thanks for uploading the photos, I wish I could have been there - looks like I missed out on a pretty fun ride. I don't remember that spot where Andrew's rig is tackling those rocks when we went up in the snow. I don't know why, but one of my favorites is the one where Kevin is pointing to something off the photo. I image Kevin telling Andrew something like "See that trail over there? That's the ORIGINAL Oregon Trail" or "Bad-ass rigs this way"

That spot is the larger of the two rock gardens on Rattlesnake. Lesser men stay to the left like we did, badasses like Andrew and his beast stroll through like they're hopping a curb.

Freaking awesome. Someday maybe I will be bad ass enough to make it through. For now I will stick with not full on bad ass but at least bad ass enough to try!

Wayne's World never looks as hard on video as it does in person.
Did Lauren have fun? Do we need to find her a truck? There's a decent looking SAS'd second gen for sale up the street from my house...
