You have Rancho RS5112 RS5000 Series Shocks in the front and Rancho RS5297 RS5000 Series Shocks in the rear.

Re: My '88 4runner
Lemme help: http://www.toyonlyswaps.com/conversion-wiring-.html
$1400 for a donor and harness covers all the basics. You'd still need to source a W59 bell housing, do some fiddly fuel line routing and other little stuff, fab some motor mounts (or get Chilkats, if that's the sort of thing you rich BMW driving people do). Pull the trigger today and you'd probably have it done before I finish mine.
Then part out the rest of the Taco and maybe get enough for a 4xInnovations cage.

That $1400 is for the donor vehicle and wiring harness right? When I first read it I thought the $1400 was for wiring only.
Edit: The 345,000 miles worries me.

Re: My '88 4runner
Update: Started the tear down to get to the clutch release/throwout bearing. I got the transfer case and crawl box removed along with the cross-member supporting both of those. That cross-member is a beast! All three of them together is a heavy load to remove, a floor jack and a couple straps helped everything come off w/o too much trouble. Planning on renting a transmission jack this weekend or next to removed the transmission.
