Re: Old School Rock Crawl
I will see what I can do about Saturday.
I've got a good buddy in our fab shop. If we need I know he would help us with any fab stuff, bending pipe welding cuttin.
He's a wheeler too so that would help.

I don't believe Kurt sponsors vehicles, but you could try asking him. I know the guys at low range really well, but even when I'm spending over $2000, they don't hook me up. They sponsored Robby in the past, so who knows, they might sponsor someone else too. I'm probably the.wrong.person to approach then though.
And I still want a white 6" sticker (unless you have a smaller one).

Probably not mine, Ian can be a handful when he's bored and would make it hard to talk biz.
Re: Old School Rock Crawl
I will probably bring mine. Aiden asked about Ian the other day.

Re: Old School Rock Crawl
How about Denny's or Kneaders in Lehi around 9:00? Denny's might be better depending on how many people. Or what about lunch at JCW's in Lehi. I think Lehi is about half way between all 3 of us. Google maps says 40 ish minutes all three ways.

Re: Old School Rock Crawl
I'd prefer breakfast, but that's because I'm working that night and would like to be in bed by 1400. If lunch works better for everybody else I'll suck it up. I'm off at 0800 that morning, so I could do 0900.
If we're meeting in Lehi, I vote Andrew picks the spot.

Ian was bummed you and your spawn didn't make Five Mile on Saturday. I s'pose we could set them at another table with some crayons or puzzle books or something. If you bring yours I'll bring mine.
Re: Old School Rock Crawl
I will probably bring the wife and boys. If I go to breakfast without them I may not be welcome back in the house!
I'm good with letting Andrew choose. So do we plan on 9:00?
I also prefer breakfast. I just threw the lunch idea out there in case.

Re: Old School Rock Crawl
OK, let's do 9:30 am at Kneaders. They have all-you-can-eat pancakes and french toast!
I'll bring Kallin so the boys can play. Google Map:

There French toast is amazing. Probably the best I've ever had.

Re: Old School Rock Crawl
Yah i'm visualizing it costing a whole lot more than we think. I don't think we bag the Idea but maybe stretch it out a little longer.
Like I said I have all my spare coin plus some tied up in my project. I would be willing to donate time and even my garage to work in, but I think it's money we are going to be short on.

Re: Old School Rock Crawl
Is a roll cage really required? I would think a hardtop OR roll cage would be acceptable to protect the driver/passenger.

Re: Old School Rock Crawl
That's unclear. I guess it didn't used to be required but they warned everybody last year that they were going to require a cage this year, but I just peeked in the OSRC rules thread on RME and Craig says "that may still come", meaning they don't require a cage now?
I'm confuzzled. I PM'd Craig, and hopefully he's not sick of me yet. This gets a lot easier if we don't have to come up with 100 feet of DOM.
