Re: Official MTB Thread
What are the proposed dates for this ride? If I'm around, I'd like to join.

I'm still figuring out how to strap crap to my bike and wheezing up the 5% grade by my house trying to get my legs on. But if you're down, by all means, lets put a date on it. I don't have anything I can't wiggle out of in the calendar until September so what's your schedule look like? Starting this coming weekend, I'm free every other weekend all summer. So the weekends of 7/15, 7/29, 8/12, etc.
Re: Official MTB Thread
Hmmm...7/29 is looking like it works for me. After that I have 8/5 and 8/19, which look like conflict with your work schedule.

I have spousal permission to vacate the house that weekend. Does Kallin want to come? I'm thinking about bringing Ian.
And do you fish? Because I'm going to develop a complex if we pass all those tasty lakes and I don't get to drown a worm, but I'll do it if we have to.

Re: Official MTB Thread
Kallin will be out of town that weekend with his grandparents - Ian is still welcome to come! I will definitely plan on bringing my fishing pole!

I did. I dislocated my shoulder a couple hours ago, I think I'm not going to make this ride anyway.
Re: Official MTB Thread
Well, I hope your recovery is swift and painless.

I think so, the bottom of my arm is still tingly numb. I see my ortho Monday morning.
Re: Official MTB Thread
I'm ready for round two at Good Water Rim. Can we all get a weekday off in October?

Weekday or weekend?

I feel like the odds of fifty of us getting a weekday off are better than Josh getting a weekend off, but I'm easy either way.
Wanna ride AFC after we tear your truck apart Saturday? Sixstring is in town and looking for a ride.
Re: Official MTB Thread
I'd like to ride, but have a family function to go to. Normally I'd look to skip the function, but G-pa's health is starting to decline.

You gotta make time for Gooseberry, man. You'll love it.
