Latuda (1st quarter 2016 Club run)
I just stumbled upon this little gem that a friend shared with me. Knowing how much fun exploring old mines can be, who is in for a trip out there?

I saw that. There's a bunch of old ghost towny stuff that side of Price, let's do it!

That looks pretty cool. I would love to come. What about a stop at Cowboy town at the North Springs shooting range outside Price? That place is a blast.

Guns and Ghost Towns.
Snow should be off by March, for the most part?

I have no idea how much snow they have down there but I would assume so. Hopefully it would be a little warmer at night as well.

Let's put a date on it. Â I like the weekends of March 12th or 26th, personally.
Brad, do you care if we make this the first quarter club run?

I'm great with that. My vote would be for the 12th since the 26th is Easter weekend and I'm sure family things will be going on.

This sounds fun. If we time it right we could work in visits to a couple museums, too. There's some good museums in Helper and Price.

Re: Latuda (1st quarter 2016 Club run)
Meet somewhere early afternoon on the tenth and find a good place to park and have a fire and shoot things and then have all of Saturday for exploring?

Count me out. My daughter is getting married the 11th. But it sounds like a good trip!

Isn't the tenth a Thursday? Are you saying we spend all of Friday shooting things? And explore Saturday? I'm definitely good with that, but I'll need to locate another brick of .22 ammo...

Re: Latuda (1st quarter 2016 Club run)
The tenth is a Thursday. I'm down to spend Thursday and Friday night and even Saturday if necessary. I'm thinking the stuff around Latuda will only take a day though. But museums and shooting things could fill out the weekend?
Re: Latuda (1st quarter 2016 Club run)
I think I'll be good to head down that way on Friday (3/11). I'd like to shoot Saturday, so if you guys shoot before that...

Re: Latuda (1st quarter 2016 Club run)
I work Thursday on day shift so I could possibly leave Layton after 1800 hours or anytime Friday. I would likely plan on driving home Saturday sometime whenever we finished up.

Cool. Meet up Thursday night for those that can, and then guys coming Friday can try to find us?

We could do the Chevron right before you enter Price canyon southbound depending on what times we would want to meet up.

Chevron off of I 15 at hiway 6 or chevron at Little Acorn just before entering Spanish Fork canyon?
