I was hoping more people would chime in and come along but I guess not. I'm honestly down for heading out wherever. I just want to get out on some dirt somewhere. I was contemplating the finding some snow in the uintahs but I know that's a ways from clearfield just for an afternoon.....what do you say Jesse?

Yeah, Kamas is a good 1 1/2 hours from me and they are supposed to get 3-7 inches of snow tomorrow. I really do want to get out though.

Ha! I'm on highly used A/T's. You know more places than I do and I'm at a loss as I've only gone off road a couple of places. Is there anything in between us that you know of?

We can always go out to snakes but that's still probably a little long of a drive for you huh?

There is a chevron on the NW corner of Lehi Main Street and Redwood Rd that we typically meet at and top off on fuel or grab a drink. Meet there at 10 and bring anyone you know. The more the merrier.

Hopefully you get this in time. I won't be able to make it; I broke down. Got a fuse problem.

Well, that was a short trip. I made it all the way from Layton to Farmington.
The 80 amp fuse blew while on the freeway. Yay. I'm going 65, its snowing, and I just lost all power. After a quick trip to the parts store, and a bit of hunting around, I found a scorch mark on the alternator where the battery cable was shorting out. A bit of electrical tape, a new fuse, and all was right with the world.

Got the same situation here! Wonder if it's snowing out at the Snakes... Sorry about not being able to make the run Brad.

Oh no worries guys. I'm just out cruising with my daughter for the day. I think we might head up to Heber for fun and maybe go explore. I'll post some pictures if we go

So my Dad and I got bored and decided to go on a drive and find some snow so we ended up hitting the Mirror Lake Highway and copying Kevin. There were a few other cars up there and it was storming pretty good. We only went as far as the Murdoch Basin turn off since we had to be back in time for a dinner appointment we're supposed to go to. At Murdoch there was probably 6" of fresh powder on the ground and no signs of the snow even thinking of stopping.

Looking up canyon from where we stopped

And them some poser shots just because I could Smile

I especially like how they turned out without having to do any editing or touch up. Yay for using a nice camera instead of my iphone. cheers
