That's awesome, Ty! I bet it feels good to have that weight off. I started lowcarbing about a month ago, but I've got a ways to go before I catch up with you.

dude congrats! that's awesome man and keep it up! I met the CEO for a big nutrition supplement company the other day. He bought this huge warehouse and is turning it into a gym for the people that buy the product and also a headquarters for his product line. He gave me some samples of the protein and his energy shots and honestly they are great! I might be able to get a hook up for everyone too!! woot woot

Re: My last 100 days!
The cool thing about how I've lost all mine is that there was no low carbing, no supplements. The three biggest thing I did were 1: cold turkey no soda, 2: watched what I ate I eat what ever I want I just east les of it. My total calorie intake is between 2000 and 2500. 3: 30 minutes of cardio 7 days a week. Really not to difficult. Just takes discipline!

dang man cold turkey is a hard way to go! Especially with soda. Mad Props you you for being able to do this.
I'll let you guys know when i learn a little more of everything. They have a couple more products like a fat burner, a lean muscle builder and a multi-vitamin that is apparently pretty awesome.

Any kind of a pre-workout supplement?

Re: My last 100 days!
yes sir! He gave me some samples of their energy shots which are kind of like 5 hour energy but taste much much better, and holy crap they are awesome! (to me anyway) Now I don't drink caffeine that often but the other day I sipped one of these down and i was able to get through a 12 hour work day and then power through a workout like no other. I went right to sleep that night too
They also have some muscle tablets that i just started taking and yeah... they give me some dang good energy. everything is loaded with vitamins and
I don't want to cloud up thardy's thread on this so I'll open up a new one for more info.
