Haha. What's funny is I've been texting this guy a bunch over the past week or two. He's getting pretty eager to sell. The problem is that particular Cougar is about ready to disintegrate. Rusty is an understatement, although I was still tempted to take it on as a project. Unfortunately, it's not Dad's old one. I'm still looking through his old files for a VIN. I even called his insurance company, but they couldn't locate it. With a little luck I'll be able to find the bill of sale and start searching social media for the buyer. I did find a picture of the old girl recently too.

Do you have any pictures with the license plate legible? Long shot, but might still be able to pull it up by that.

Spotted this sweet Ranger down in South Texas. Sitting next to a newer Tacoma, I think I'd take the Ranger. If only we could get them here....

Not sure if you guys heard but Ford is stopping production of all cars but the mustang. One of the car plants is being retooled for the Ranger

Interesting rig. The seats in the sleeper cab would be boring, no windows.

I'd be carsick in about three minutes flat. And I can't imagine that monster rides very smooth...

I did find a picture with the License Plate, by the way, although it took forever. Not sure if it will do any good since the picture is probably 20+ years old. The plate reads: 635 BTJ

My brother drove a very similar rig, just without the sleeper on back, across the country. It was a pretty awful ride that only liked to go about 55 MPH.

That thing is BEAUTIFUL! I would pull the sleeper seats out, but i wouldn't need them.
